Throughout this website, you will find information on the background to Give us a break! in particular, we recommend you watch our DVD from 2007 which will give you a good overview of the programme and how it has helped some of our young people and their families in South Lanarkshire.  Throughout the site, you will hear more from the young people who have participated in a group, along with their parents/carers and many of the professionals who are passionate and support all of the work involving Give us a break!  There is a useful resource section where you will find recommended books and resources for each developmental stage.  We hope you find this information helpful.
